(CSR) Look-up parts (Linde)

This article will help you the basics on looking for the parts and ordering.
- Website (https://kion.my.site.com/login?ec=302&startURL=%2Fs%2Fafter-sales-home)
- Log in with your username and Password
- Once Logged in, Click on the Linde Link tab
- Log in and it will ask for your dealer location (Select only the location you established)
- Once you are log-in to the parts portal you can now order parts. Click on availability & pricing.
- Each line # you will be adding your part # with price and availability.
- After you have all your parts completed you will hit submit.
- Before ordering you will need to check if this will be a Stock order or Emergency order. Example : Emergency (Unit Down, Manager approval, Customer approval) Stock Order ( None Important ground shipped) Emergency price does change to more cost.
- Once you have that ready to go you click on proceed to checkout.
- Checkout port will appear and double check on your shipping methods. (Emergency diffrent methods) Stock Order will indicate ground shipping.
- Click on the Shipping Mode if you want complete or partial order. Double check with manager or customer once this is under partial.
- A PO will need to be added in order to complete the order. Once that is done you will click on the “Terms and Conditions” and Place Order Now.
