(CSR) Look-up parts (Big Joe)

- Log in with your username and password.
- Once Logged in, Click on the Sign In tab
- Log in and it will send you to the home screen.
- Looking for parts we will be clicking on Parts Catalog. Click and will be taken to a new portal.
- Browse for the correct unit that you will be in need. (Exp: LPT-33, J1-162, D40, ETC.) Scroll down till you find the correct asset. Click and you will see different methods of what is needed.
- Example I am looking for Load Wheel Assy. I will search under lift link assy. Click on the basket next to the line item needed. Always check what is on Hand Exp: Load Wheels Total of 10+ in stock.
- Also check the qty. needed for this unit. Once you click the basket select the qty. needed and add to cart.
- Once you have everything added to the cart, Click on view cart contents. You will see you cart items.
- Time to proceed to checkout
- Checkout box you will need to add the Bill to ( Total Warehouse, Inc. 2895 E. Miraloma Ave. Anaheim, CA 92806. Also before proceeding you will need a PO number.
- Next step is checkout. Use a different address on where would you like the parts to ship to.
- 2nd step. You will need the type of freight (ground, 2nd day, NDA, 3rd day Etc.) Always remover to Click on Complete shipment.
- Double check your work if everything looks correct. Click Submit Order.
