EZ40
Series

1. Turn the Key Switch off, depress
   the power disconnect, remove
   covers as needed, this will
   provide access to the batteries
   
   
   
   
    

2. Once the Covers have been
removed, take out the two
5mm Charger Cable Bracket
bolts, Located drive unit right
side upper bolts

3. Disconnect the A/C battery
Charger cord and remove the 
bracket.

5. Disconnect the Main Positive
located at the power fuse & the 
Negative battery cable on the  Zapi
Controller

6. Disconnect the Hydraulic line
(19mm) and pull through the frame.

7. Lower the Load back rest down to 
gain access to the Assembly
mounting bolts

8. Remove the four 8mm
Assembly mounting bolts
Located between the Battery
charger & Zapi controller

9. With the 4 bolts removed, this will
allow for the complete assembly to be
swung out of the way. Once the panel
has been positioned, place a support
under the panel

10. Now you can remove the battery
cables and swap out the batteries.

A. Main Negative
B. Jumpers
C. Main Positive

11. Now the batteries can be swapped out

12. Install the New batteries and reassemble in the reverse order steps 10 thru 1
