    1. Turn the Key Switch off. depress
      the power disconnect, remove
      cover as needed, this will
      provide access to the batteries.


       

    3. Disconnect the A/C battery 
    Charger cord and remove the 
    bracket.

     



    5. Disconnect the Main Positive
    location at the power fuse & the
    Negative battery cable on the Pump
    Motor.

     

     


     


    6. Disconnect the Hydraulic and 
    pull through the frame.


     


    8. Remove the four Assembly
    mounting bolt located between 
    the Battery charger & Zapi controller.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     


    9. With the 4 bolts removed, this will 
    allow for the complete assembly to be
    swung out of the way . Once the panel 
    has been positioned, place a support
    under the panel.
     
     


    10. Now you can remove the battery
    cables and swap out the batteries
    A. main Negative
    B. Jumper
    C. Main Positive


    11. Now the batteries can be swapped out


    12. Install the New batteries and reassemble in the reverse order steps 10 thru 1
