DP2 BATTERY CHARGER REPLACEMENT D40 [D40 CHARGER REPLACEMENT]

    Battery Charger 
    Replacement 
    D40 
    Series

     

     

     


    1.Turn the Key Switch off, depress
     the power disconnect, remove
     covers as needed, this will
    provide access to the Battery 
    Charger.



     


     


    2. Disconnect the A/C battery 
    Charger cord.

     


    3. Then Remove the Charger
    Positive wire from the Power fuse
    and the Negative Charger wire From
    the Hydraulic Motor on terminal A1.


    4. Disconnect the white Molex
    connector from the harness, located
    between the Charger & Zapi
    controller behind the Hydraulic
    hose.


    5. Take out the four 4mm
    Charger Cable Bracket bolts.


    6. Install the new charger without
    using the silver mounting straps
    (bolts only)


    7. Reassemble in the reverse
    steps 5 thru 1
