    How get parts back from Technicians from the Road Via Parts Runner

    1. Clicked in the WO and create a return for the warranty parts

    2. Please change and edit the Return Ticket Completely.

    Change Type from "Delivery" to "Return"

    Driver -  (Your Parts Runner) 

    Route Order - Remove the “1” 

    Delivery Status - Ready for Deilvery

    Ship From - Your Main Warehouse Location 

    Ship to Customer - 11442 Total Warehouse Inc 

    Ship to Address - Your Main Warehouse Location 

    Location - The Technician

    Note to Driver- Pick up Warranty Parts - list of the PN# and QTY

     

    3. Have the Parts Runner recieved the warranty part back from the Tech. 

    4. Once the Parts has been returned back to the shop, Go back to the WO, click on the Warranty Tab and check the box for  “PARTS RETURNED BY TECH TO SHOP?”

    5. The process is complete. The WO will be sent to the Warranty Team for the next steps.
