1. Initial Observation:
When an issue is observed (e.g., the application sends only a single image instead of multiple images), take note of the following:
Time and date of the occurrence.
Actions performed leading up to the issue.
Any visible error messages or unusual behavior.
2. Check Signal Status:
Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of the application.
Take a screenshot of the menu that includes the signal status information.
3. Gather Information:
Document the following details:
Device type and model.
Application version.
Network connection type (Wi-Fi, mobile data, etc.).
Any other relevant information that may help diagnose the issue.
4. Report the Issue:
Send an email to the support team including:
A brief description of the issue.
The screenshot showing the signal status.
The documented information from the “Gather Information” section.
