Big Lift, LLC. New Unit Warranty (Effective Date 01/01/2013):

90 Days – Labor
6 Months – Parts
1 Year - Frame and Transmission (frame or gear failure)
Batteries:
AGM/Absorbed Glass Mat — GC / Gel Cell - 12 Months / 365 Days
Built in Chargers - 12 Months / 365 Days
Plycase Batteries - 12 Months / 365 Days

Steel Clad Industrial Batteries:

36 Months – Unconditional Warranty – 1st 36 - Months
24 Months – Pro-Rated Warranty – Remaining 24 Months

As a way to partner with our authorized Big Lift dealers and make warranty claims as seamless as possible, Big Lift, LLC is waving the mandatory return of all defective warranty parts. The following parts must be returned in the event of warranty for claim consideration:

➡ Motors
➡ Controllers
➡ Transmission & Drive Assemblies
➡ Chargers
➡ All wiring Harnesses
➡ All Hydraulic Pumps

Big Lift, LLC is requiring pictures be taken of all defective parts and submitted with the warranty claim.
In the event during the warranty period Big Lift, LLC notices an unusually high percentage of like failures, we reserve the right to have those parts in question returned to Big Lift, LLC for product inspection.
Labor reimbursement for warranties performed by authorized Big Lift dealers will be 75% of their current retail labor rate; parts will be reimbursed at dealer list price.
Warranty claims submitted 30 days after the repair date are subject to denial.
